Shipping policy

1. Processing time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
During busy seasons or special events, processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery location.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website or social media.


3. Delivery times

Most orders ship via USPS or UPS and arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
We’re not responsible for carrier delays once your order has been shipped, but we’ll always help track your package if needed.


4. Local pickup

If you select local pickup at checkout or purchase in person at a Generosity pop-up event, we’ll contact you by email or text when your order is ready.
Pickup times and locations will be coordinated individually.


5. Order tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact your local carrier first—then email us at hello@shopgenerosity.com so we can assist further.


6. Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, email hello@shopgenerosity.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
Include your order number and photos of the packaging or product if applicable.
We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or store credit.


7. International orders

At this time, Generosity ships within the United States only. We hope to expand shipping options in the future.
